My CH® (My Clinical History)

With MiHc, you will not forget your medications, those of your parents, children, and those whom you authorize access to their clinical history to support them in their health care. In addition, you will have 24 hours available to reading exams, and you won’t need to go to the health center to arrange a medical consultation, since from MiHC, you can request, change or cancel the appointments accordingly. The tool is connected to our mobile app, an application called "MiHC Movil", which also functions as an alarm system and a reminder when taking medications and scheduled appointments.

 

When using the genogram in AVIS® ENTERPRISE or in AVIS® AMBULATORY, all the family group authorized by the patient can have access to the shared information and contribute to the care of a family member. It also includes the option of Medical-Patient messaging.

 

At MIHC® the patient can grant permission. In those countries which legislation requires the patient to submit the authorization to access their clinical information by a professional or a health team.

 

 

 

 

CONTACTABILITY MODULE

AVIS® provides several ways to maintain patient contact <-> professional or health team, the technological systems used are IVR, SMS, e-mail, MiHc® platform. These tools contribute to maintain a communication with the patient in relation to: quality, trust, consistency and culture.

IVR (INTERACTIVE-VOICE-RESPONSE), SMS, e-mail

IVR system allows patients to be called in a systematic way to automatically confirm medical appointments, at the same time allowing patients to call their medical center and confirm or change the hours already scheduled. In addition, the IVR can call patients defined in advance to remind them to take medication.

 

The time of the call is recorded and whether or not it was answered, the patient's identification number if he/she made the call. With all these data, different control and management reports can be generated.

 

SMS service allows sending text messages to mobile devices to remind about appointments or medications, the same happens for the e-mail service.

 

This module generates a record of the response and is reflected immediately in AVIS®,
